This Payment and Shipping Information forms part of Phumaphi’s (‘we’ or ‘us’) terms and conditions.
All payments are securely processed through the Netcash Shop payment gateway. Available payment options include:
• Credit and Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Instant EFT (via Ozow)
• Capitec Pay
• Bank EFT (manual transfer)
• Scan to Pay
• Visa Click to Pay
We do not accept payment by:
• Cash on Delivery
• Cheque
• Cryptocurrency
We may request additional information for fraud detection and authentication. If this is not provided when requested, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you are using a credit or debit card, you warrant that:
• You are authorised to use the card
• Sufficient funds are available for the transaction
If paying by Bank EFT, you warrant that the payment will be made within 48 hours of placing your order. If your payment is not reflected within this time, the order will be cancelled.
Banking details for manual EFT will be provided at checkout where applicable.
If paying via a Scan to Pay or voucher option, you warrant that:
• The voucher or QR code has not been previously used
• It is still valid and not expired
• You are the authorised user
Vouchers and coupons are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Additional terms apply – please consult our full Terms and Conditions.
While every effort is made to ensure that prices listed on our site are accurate, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In the event of an error, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. Phumaphi cannot be held responsible for any obvious or unintentional pricing errors on the website.
You can choose from the following delivery methods at checkout:
• Pickup points (free) – select from one of our pickup locations
• PAXI – store-to-store delivery via participating retail partners (standard and express options)
• PUDO – locker-to-locker or locker-to-door delivery options
Courier partners and timeframes will be displayed during checkout for transparency.
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. For security and logistical reasons, we are unable to change delivery addresses once the order has been processed.
Shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free delivery is available to our designated pickup points.
There are no shipping fees for digital products or services.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• Pickup points: ready for collection within 3–5 business days
• PAXI (store-to-store):
If your parcel has not been delivered or made available for collection within 14 days of your order, please contact us with your reference number so we can assist.
If we are unable to complete delivery within 30 days, we will offer you the choice to either wait or cancel the order for a full refund.
We do not currently offer international delivery. Shipping is available within South Africa only.
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery or collection. If incorrect or damaged items were delivered, report this to us as soon as possible (within 48 hours is recommended). Include your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Risk passes to you upon successful delivery or collection of goods. We are not responsible for theft, damage, or misuse once the item is in your possession. Please follow any safety or usage instructions included with your product.
If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or an unavailable recipient, our courier will attempt to deliver two more times (where applicable). If delivery still fails, the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
